Steps to reproduce:

1. Start FF end enter Fullscreen mode
2. Open a empty tab.
3. Click somewhere out of FF or press the WIN key. Ether way works.


Actual results:

When FF is not in focus or is regaining focus it will show a classic UI frame on the top. If you do it on empty tab it will stay, but on a web page it will show momentary on losing or regaining focus.


Expected results:

This should not be seen.

This is actually an older issue. Updated bug 968526 and resolving this as a duplicate.
